DHAKA: Tanzid Hasan scored an exceptional fifty after a brilliant bowling display by Bangladesh helped them crush Pakistan by eight wickets in the opening one-day international at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka on Wednesday.

The hosts comfortably chased Pakistan's 115-operate objective, losing just two wickets in 15.1 overs, powered by a stellar performance from the Tigers’ top mandate.
