Nine terrorists killed, four CTD personnel martyred in Quetta protection action
At least nine terrorists were killed during an protection action conducted by the Counter Extremist unrest Division on the outskirts of Quetta, while four personnel were martyred, a representative for the CTD stated on Saturday.

During the protection action, the CTD neutralised nine terrorists, while four personnel were martyred and six others injured during the exchange of fire, the representative stated.
The protection action comes just hours after protection application of statute bodies conducted an intel-based protection action in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Bannu sector, killing 15 terrorists and injuring over 10 others.
A cop was also martyred during the protection action, carried out within the jurisdiction of Thana Miryan in Bannu, the Central Police Office (CPO) stated.
