PM Shehbaz extends Eidul Azha greetings to legal defence team, top faction command
Premier Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday extended Eidul Azha greetings to the legal defence team and top faction command, and paid tribute to the armed forces for their professional capabilities, sacrifices and services towards national protection.
According to a comment by the Premier's Office (PMO), the premier telephoned Chief of Legal defence team Forces and Chief of Forces Staff, Field Marshal Asim Munir , Chief of the Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu and Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf to convey Eid greetings and best wishes.
"The premier praised the professionalism and unwavering commitment of the armed forces, saying the country was proud of its brave personnel and their sacrifices in legal defence team of the country," it stated.
He also offered prayers for Pakistan’s protection, progress and prosperity, while paying tribute to forces performing legal defence team duties during Eid holidays.
The chief of legal defence team forces and service chiefs thanked the premier for his Eid greetings and good wishes, the comment further stated.
