In session with MQM-P official group, PM Shehbaz lauds services of ex-Sindh administrator Kamran Tessori
Premier Shehbaz Sharif met a official group of the Muttahida Qaumi Political push-Pakistan (MQM-P) in Karachi on Thursday and commended the services of former Sindh administrator Kamran Tessori, who has been replaced by the PML-N’s Nehal Hashmi, a official comment released by the PM’s Office (PMO) stated.
Both Tessori and Hashmi also attended the session.
During the session, views were also exchanged on the country’s political condition, the comment stated, adding that the PM informed the official group about Pakistan’s external efforts and initiatives for establishing calm in the zone.
The session also discussed matters related to the condition in Sindh, including Karachi, and progress projects, the comment stated.
According to the comment, the MQM-P official group was led by faction Convener Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui and included Tessori, Wellbeing Secretary Mustafa Kamal, Farooq Sattar and others.
Deputy Premier and External affairs chief Ishaq Dar, Federal Ministers Azam Nazeer Tarar, Ahsan Iqbal, Attaullah Tarar, Secretary of Province Khaleel Das, Adviser to the Premier on Political Affairs Rana Sanaullah and Hashmi also attended the session, the comment stated.
