PM Shehbaz again urges general to avoid unnecessary travel, backing austerity drive
Premier Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday once again urged residents to avoid unnecessary travel and backing the province’s austerity drive, introduced in the wake of the ongoing crisis in the Middle East due to the US and Israel's conflict on Iran.
The premier made the legal challenge while chairing a evaluate session on energy conservation amid the evolving regional condition, according to a official comment released by the Premier's Office.
The session reviewed the carrying out of measures aimed at energy savings and austerity, with the premier saying that sufficient petroleum stocks were available in the country due to timely province decisions.
