'Gouged': World Cup fans to compensate 'insane' $150 for NY stadium rail ticket
NEWARK: World Cup fans will have to compensate $150, more than 10 times the normal ratio, for the quick round-tour rail between Fresh York and Meadowlands stadium when it hosts the tournament's ultimate and seven earlier matches, local representatives said Friday, drawing outrage.
The 36 miles (56 km) round tour for visitors to the sports complex in Fresh Jersey, just outside Fresh York Urban, usually costs only $12.90.
