Katrina Kaif is arguably the top starlet in Bollywood as she has featured in a program of super-hit films throughout her two-decades-long career.
In a chat with Variety , the Tiger notable opened up about her initial entry into the feature industry sharing, “I think my first foray was in a South Indian feature, a Telugu feature actually [2004 romcom “Malliswari” where she plays the titular character part of a wealthy heiress]."
"And from there, I started getting on-lens experience and then working my way slowly, meeting directors, producers."
She continued, "I felt that I had done what I wanted to do in the modeling industry, I felt ‘okay, I’ve understood the frame.’ I had a few targets and goals and I’d achieved those. And for me, my desire and my heart were in the movies.”
Explaining her picture choices, Katrina said her aim is to find a storyline that could strike a chord with the watchers.
