29 terrorists killed as Pakistan strikes extremist hideouts along Afghan frontier

Information Secretary Attaullah Tarar stated that province protection units killed 29 militants in an intel-based protection action (IBO) followed by caliberated strikes targeting assailant hideouts along the Pakistan-Afghanistan frontier.
In a post on X, Tarar stated that the strikes were carried out in the aftermath of recent multiple assailant incidents inside Pakistan against the innocent individuals of Khyber Pakthunkhwa, Balochistan and Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) Camp in Karachi.
He stated that province protection units conducted a well-planned intel-led ground protection action in Bajaur sector on June 28, targeting militants linked to Indian proxy Jamaat ul Ahrar and Fitna al-Khawarij.
During the protection action, high-value extremist chief Khan Farosh alias Zabal along with three other militants belonging to Jamaat ul Ahrar were killed, while several others sustained injuries.
In continuation of Protection action Ghazab lil-Haq, Tarar stated, province protection units carried out precision strikes overnight between June 28 and 29 against assailant camps and hideouts located in frontier regions.
