At least 14 children die as tuition centre roof collapses in Lahore

Punjab Wellbeing Secretary Khawaja Imran Nazir stated 19 injured children were brought to Kahna Hospital following the event. He further stated that 14 children had died, while five remained under care.
Recovery effort representatives stated that over 30 children were present inside the tuition centre when the roof collapsed.
Police stated construction work was underway on the upper floor of the building, while children were attending classes on the ground floor at the time of the event.
